BIC certified its Quality Management System, by the certifying entity Icontec; year after year in their follow-up and renewal visits, they have demonstrated compliance with the requirements, which demonstrates their ability to provide services that meet the different requirements, as well as to facilitate opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Cusianagas S.A.S. E.S.P. BIC, on April 7, 2017, managed to migrate to the current quality management system standard, NTC ISO 9001:2015, which became the first public service company certified with this new version, as well as the second company in the natural gas sector to be certified in Colombia.
