• The contract for the provision of services or contract of uniform conditions
• Authorization to report the subscriber to credit bureaus
• Authorization for the processing of personal data, in accordance with the purposes established in the company's privacy policies.

If the payment is financed, you must state:

• Authorization to underwrite the credit application on behalf of the subscriber.
• The number of installments to which you wish to defer the credit.
• Authorization to execute the blank promissory note and letter of instruction.
