  • For the properties that do not have the Certificate, send the document of sale of the house subject to verifying the data and if it is possible to bring the change.


When the stratum that appears on the invoice is different from the one that appears on the Certificate issued by the Municipal Planning Secretariat, you must carry out the following procedure:

Requirements:

  • Certificate of stratification of the property, issued by the Secretary of Municipal Planning.
  • Copy of property tax.
  • Invoice copy.


Request made by the client and user to be exempt from the collection of the contribution of home public services in a certain property where the main activity that is carried out corresponds to codes 011 to 360, 411 to 439. The above in compliance with the decrees 654 of April 5, 2013 (Gas).

Persona Jurídica

Requirements:

  • Submit a written request signed by the legal representative.
  • Copy of the Citizenship Card of the legal representative.
  • Copy of the Chamber of Commerce Certificate.
  • Copy of the RUT issued no more than 30 days.

This procedure is valid for six (06) months, if after this time you do not renew it, the collection of the contribution will be reactivated.

Natural person

Requirements:

  • Submit a written request by the natural person.
  • Copy of the citizenship card.
  • Copy of the Chamber of Commerce Certificate.
  • Copy of the RUT issued no more than 30 days.

This procedure is valid for six (06) months, if after this time you do not renew it, the collection of the contribution will be reactivated.



Law 1450 of 2011 “National Development Plan 2010-2014” and Decree No. 1766 of August 23, 2012

Requirements:

  • Submit written request by the dining room representative.
  • ICBF Certificate.
  • Copy of gas bill.
  • Copy of Citizenship ID.

This procedure is valid for six (06) months, if after this time you do not renew it, the property will return to the original stratum.



When you require the temporary suspension of the invoice

Requirements:

  • Written presentation of the owner of the property.
  • Copy of Citizenship ID
  • You must be safe and sound with all our services
  • You must have the last canceled invoice

This procedure is valid for one year, if you need to extend this term, you must make the request again one month before the year is up, if after this time you do not do it, the issuance of the invoice will be reactivated. The extension will only be made for one more year.
