As part of the selection process for suppliers and contractors, the corporate guideline is to require a certificate of implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SSTA) issued by the ARL to which it is affiliated. Once the contract has been signed, the contractor must submit the following documentation prior to the start of the activities under the contract:

Delivery of support of current social security payments for all persons involved in the activity.

Develop a risk analysis (ATS) of the activity which will be guided and validated with the HSE process or deliver the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Matrix of the specific activities to be developed in the contract, as appropriate.

Hazard identification, evaluation and risk assessment matrix of the activities to be developed, which must be submitted to S&SO.

For special and/or high risk activities involved in the development of the contract (work at heights, confined spaces, excavation work, hot work, special maintenance, intervention of critical equipment of the company, CNG transport services, transport of liquid fuels, transport of hazardous waste, sampling of dielectric oil, transport of hazardous substances) send the certificates of competence of the personnel who will develop the activities.

If the activities involve working at heights according to the legal requirement, the personnel involved in the activity must be certified for the required complexity, with fall protection equipment according to the current legal requirement and must have the certificate before the start of the activity.

Attend the general HSE Induction for the issuance of the safe pass, so that they can enter the facilities or authorized workplaces.

A list of the personnel to be employed must be submitted, with updates when there is a change in personnel.
During the development of the activities, the contractor will be subject to inspection controls, policies and legal regulations regarding health, safety and environment, by the HSE process.
According to the scope and need of the contractual activity, the contractor shall have Occupational Health and Safety personnel permanently on site where activities are carried out and developed for the organization.
No personnel will be allowed access to the work site or to begin work without the aforementioned documentation.
