Cusianagas announces relief measures for its users during the emergency

In these moments of contingency, which have put the whole of humanity to the test, Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. wishes to communicate to its users and the community in general, that its main purpose is to continue providing a safe and continuous service so that their homes can enjoy the benefits of natural gas. 

For this reason, we wish to communicate the relief measures that we have determined with the most vulnerable sectors of the population in mind.

1. As of Thursday, March 26, we are reconnecting at no cost all users who were suspended for late payment, belonging to strata 1, 2 and 3, and who have their periodic review up to date. This measure will benefit 412 families in all the municipalities covered.

2. We also announced the flexibility in the payment of the service for strata 1 and 2 during the emergency, for those families who do not have the possibility of making the payment.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. calls on the solidarity of all its users so that those who have the possibility, make timely payment of their bill in order to favor the continuity of gas service for families in strata 1 and 2.

We remind our users that we continue to attend their concerns through the hotline (8) 6819086 from Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
