Cusianagas strengthens its non-face-to-face service channels

Aware of the importance at this time for its users to take care of themselves and their families without leaving home, Cusianagas SA ESP has prepared a team of facilitators ready to address their concerns, requests for service connection, additional points, periodic reviews, sale of gas appliances and after-sales services that its users require, to be served from the comfort of their home.

For the above, users have at their disposal the web portal www.cusianagas.com, a virtual office twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, where they can request their services and submit requests, complaints, claims, consult their bill, and make their payments through the Aval Pay Center platform.

In addition, Cusianagas has decided to extend its telephone hotline (038) 6819086, from Monday to Friday, for one more hour, and is now available from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. continuously.

Similarly, with the support of its telephone operator, the incoming channels were also expanded to increase the number of calls handled simultaneously. Likewise, gas leaks can be reported 24 hours a day through the emergency hotline 164, landline (038) 6819085 and toll-free line 018000936521.

In this time of emergency, it is a priority for Cusianagas to strengthen the non-face-to-face customer service channels and remind its users that they can contact the company without leaving home.
