Cusianagas S.A.S. E.S.P. BIC informs its users and the community in general of the city of Yopal, that we have been notified by the producer Ecopetrol, about the completion of the activities related to the scheduled maintenance in its infrastructure of the Floreña plant, today Saturday July 09, around 03:00 in the afternoon.

In this regard, we inform the community that the usual conditions for the provision of natural gas service have been reestablished.​​​​​​​

On behalf of Cusianagas, it was possible to guarantee residential and commercial service during the afternoon and evening of Friday and the early hours of Saturday morning, with our contingency plan based on compressed natural gas.

On the other hand, natural gas vehicle refueling stations had their service reestablished around 05:00 this afternoon.

Remember that our emergency lines 164, fixed line (608) 6819085 are available 24 hours a day to report any leak or anomaly in the gas networks. We attend your concerns regarding the service on the customer service line (608) 6819086 from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. continuously.
