We announce the suspension of gas service in Aguazul on March 21 and 22, 2019.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P informs its users and the community in general of the municipality of Aguazul in the department of Casanare, that we have been notified by Transportadora de Gas Internacional-TGI and the supply provider, about a scheduled maintenance at the entrance of the Cusiana - Apiay gas pipeline, from 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2019 until noon on Friday, March 22, 2019.

In this regard, in order to minimize the impact to our users in Aguazul, Cusianagas S.A E.S.P. will provide natural gas service with time restrictions as follows:

Suspension of service from Thursday, March 21 at 7:00 p.m. and until 05:00 a.m. on Friday, March 22, 2019.

From 05:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Friday, March 22, 2019, the supply service will be provided. However, interruptions may occur during these hours.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. is taking all the necessary steps to minimize the impact on the provision of service to its users in Aguazul. We will be informing the result of these efforts.

Once we are officially notified of the completion of the activities and the stabilization of the infrastructure, work will begin to enable us to resume the normal supply of natural gas through the distribution network in this locality.

We thank our residential, commercial and industrial users in the municipality for taking into account the following safety recommendations during the restriction schedule:

1. At the beginning of the restriction schedule, close the general gas inlet valve, as well as the valves and knobs of the gas appliances.

2. Once service is restored, go to the general inlet valve (located at the meter) and open it slowly.

3. To perform the procedure, make sure that your home has the doors and windows open to ensure air currents.

4. Then open the valves and knobs located on each of the gas appliances.

5. Once the gas appliance knobs have been opened, leave the knob open for a few seconds and then close it.

6. Turn on the gas appliances and verify that the flame is stable.

Likewise, we recommend a rational use of the service during the hours in which the gas supply is available.
