Cusianagas suspends room service and offers virtual channels as of March 18

We are committed to the health of our users, collaborators and community in general, therefore, due to the challenge we are facing as a society and aligned with the guidelines of the National Government, we have adopted the following prevention measures to reduce the possibility of contagion of COVID-19. In this regard, as of Wednesday, March 18, 2020, our customer service channels are modified, until further notice, as follows:

The in-person attention of users in the facilities of the headquarters located in the city of Yopal and in the four (04) documentation reception points of the municipalities where we provide natural gas service in the department of Casanare is suspended.


Customer service will be provided only through the following channels:

For payments and transfers. Users are invited to make use of the authorized collection channels: payment centers, electronic means, banking entities and banking portals.

These measures will not affect the provision of public gas service. We reiterate our commitment to the community, therefore, we urge self-care, periodic hand washing and to avoid being present in places where there is a large number of people. It is everyone's responsibility to take care of themselves.
